Instructions
STEP ONE- Microwave the two frozen trays of Stouffer's Spinach Souffle. (follow the back of the box and follow the first part of the directions)

STEP TWO - While the souffles are defrosting in the microwave, spray 3-4 mini muffin pans with cooking spray. Place individual phyllo cups in each mini muffin pan. Pro Note: for easier handling place mini muffin pans on a large baking sheet.

STEP THREE - When souffles are defrosted, remove film, and scoop both souffles into a medium bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup of grated cheese and mix.

STEP FOUR - Using a tablespoon or large soup spoon, scoop souffle mixture into each individual phyllo cup. Sprinkle with more grated cheese, then sprinkle paprika or red pepper flakes on top.

STEP FIVE - Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 mins or until spinach mixture is firm and cheese is melted. Pro Note: cook time may vary depending on your oven temperature.
