Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brown or white rice
  • 1/4 cup real butter 1/2 stick, use a whole stick if you like it really savory
  • 4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 pkge Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to an oven proof heavy pan with a lid or glass pan sealed with foil.
  • Cook in the oven, with lid on or tightly sealed with foil, at 350° for approximately 1 hour.
  • Let stand for about 5 minutes then fluff with fork. Add parsley, dill, cilantro, any fresh herb for a bright taste.
  • Enjoy!
