Let the cream cheese get to room temperature. While waiting on the cheese, chop the veggies into small pieces.
8 oz cream cheese, softened, 1/4 whole red onion, chopped small, 2 stalks green onions, snipped
Once the cheese is soft, add the chopped veggies, garlic paste, lemon juice, and Everything Bagel Seasoning. Mash everything with a fork until just incorporated making a spread.
1 tbsp garlic paste, 1/2 lemon, squeeze of 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
Lay out a tortilla, smear with the cream cheese spread, lay out a few spinach leaves, and top with a few salmon lox slices. Sprinkle with Everything Seasoning and snip some extra dill on top.
10 flour tortillas (low carb), 2 box salmon lox, 4-6 oz packages, fresh spinach leaves, fresh dill, snipped
Start in the center of an edge and roll up tight until you have a complete roll, smear extra cream cheese mixture on the finished edge between the two tortilla surfaces and gently press down. The cream cheese will act like glue.
Wrap with plastic wrap and let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours up to a couple of days.
Slice edges off the ends then proceed to cut into a little more than a 1/4 inch width slice...or any desired width you prefer.
