Curry Crunchy Chickpeas are crispy crunchy on the outside and yummy soft on the inside.

- 2 cans Chickpeas
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp yellow curry powder
- 2 tsp Everything Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt or more to taste
Drain in colander and dry Chickpeas on a paper towels in one layer. Use a cookie sheet for this.
Place Chickpeas in a bowl. Add olive oil and seasonings. Mix well making sure all peas are seasoned.
Preheat Air Fryer to 400° for 3-4 minutes.
Place seasoned chickpeas in Air Fryer tray. Insert tray and set to 400° for 12 minutes.
Stir and shake Chickpeas half way, 6 minutes.
After done, check for crispy texture. If not crispy enough cook again for 2 minutes.
Add more seasoning to taste if needed while hot.
