Easy Sausage Balls with Cornbread Stuffing

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Seasoned Cornbread
  • 1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix
  • 1 pound ground Hot Sausage can use regular, italian or sweet
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper any kind
  • 1/3 cup finally chopped green onion yellow or red can be substituted
  • 2 cup grated cheese extra sharp cheddar, Monterrey Jack, Pepper Jack
  • 1/2 cup cream or milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375. Gently mix first 6 ingredients using hands.
  • Slightly whisk egg and cream together. Gently mix in wet ingredients to sausage mix.
  • Form a scoop of mixture into a ball and roll gently. Using a small ice cream or cookie scoop makes it easy.
  • Cook on parchment paper oraluminum foil on a large baking sheet. Cook for 15 mins then turn over and cook for another 10 mins.
  • Serve with your favorite sauce if desired. Enjoy!!!
