Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup white balsamic vinegar or rice vinegar or to taste
  • 1/2 cup olive oil or any preferred oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2-3 cloves garlic or to taste
  • 1/4 lemon, squeezed or to taste
  • 4 Tbls juice from green olive jar or to taste
  • 1 3 inch fresh rosemary sprig, leaves chopped (no stem) or use favorite Italian seasoning
  • 3 2 inch fresh thyme sprigs, de-leaved or use favorite Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  • Refrigerate for about 20-30 mins.
  • Will keep for about 2 weeks in the fridge.
