Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake…yummiyess!!! There is nothing better than a creamy, cold, sweet shake that is loaded with 10,000 calories a gulp, nothing. Except maybe a creamy, cold, sweet, healthy shake that isn’t!
Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake is only approximately 200 calories per shake!
Coming in right at 200 calories, low carbs, and around 30 grams of protein, this breakfast, lunch, or healthy snack has it all.
- The first step is to freeze the pureed pumpkin. I use organic pumpkin and a silicone mini loaf thingy ?♀️ with spray oil. I don’t think regular canned pumpkin is heavily sprayed with pesticides while its growing on the vine, so if you can’t find organic I wouldn’t worry about it.
- Next step is to blend it all up! The frozen pumpkin, Premier Protein, apple pie spice or pumpkin pie spice, and Elevate Smart Coffee (if you have it)! How easy!! I guess you could call this a two stepper!
The Ninja single serve blender that I’ve had for years and the frozen pumpkin together makes is super frothy and creamy! I love this stuff!
