Elise Austin is an active real estate sales associate in the northeastern Oklahoma – Tulsa area and has been in the industry for 20+ years. She is a Tulsa native and has sold properties from foreclosures to estates and everything in between. Has an extensive knowledge of remodeling, building costs and procedures learning first hand/hands on, “living the contracting dream” thanks to her talented husband Jim. Credits to her dad for passing down the “curiosity gene” and her mom’s artistic talents on canvas and in the kitchen. Elise should have been a professional idea person/inventor; she’s always got a new idea for Jim to build!

Jim Austin has been an active builder/residential remodeling contractor in the Tulsa and surrounding area for the last 35+ years. He moved to Tulsa from St. Louis where he started his contracting business after graduating from Mizzou with a finance degree. He is best known for his integrity, honesty, work ethic, and ability to “figure out any on site construction dilemma”. Also his attention to detail and perfectionism is unmatched while being very conscientious and considerate of his client’s time, money, and lifestyle interruptions during the construction processes. Jim’s work has been featured in the Better Homes & Gardens magazine.
